Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this new photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing different sections of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
